Welcome to RÊVEUR! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RÊVEUR, a company operating this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). RÊVEUR is hosted on and powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) together with any policies referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights and obligations, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, browsing, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use or access the Services.

1.1 By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a contract.
1.2 If you permit a minor dependent to use the Services via your account, you are responsible for all their actions.
1.3 To use certain parts of the Services (including placing orders) you may be required to register an account and provide certain information (email, billing, shipping and payment details). You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete and up-to‐date, and that you have all rights required to use that information.
1.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, assign or license your account to any other person or entity.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
2.1 We make every commercially reasonable effort to represent our products and services accurately. However, due to the nature of your device, screen settings and printing process, product colours, textures or visual appearance may differ from the depiction.
2.2 All product descriptions, pricing, availability and features are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantity available to any person, region or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
3.1 When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. RÊVEUR may accept or decline your order in its sole discretion. Your order is only accepted when we dispatch or otherwise confirm the order in writing.
3.2 We must receive payment in full before processing your order. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated once production has begun.
3.3 You acknowledge that our products are made-to-order with production partners selected by us, and that lead times apply (see our Shipping Policy).
3.4 Our products are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, export or redistribution is prohibited unless expressly agreed by us.
3.5 Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & PAYMENT
4.1 Product prices, promotional offers, discounts and shipping fees may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the one shown at checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation email.
4.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, product prices do not include taxes, duties, fees or shipping costs; these will be added at checkout.
4.3 You agree to provide valid payment information. By placing your order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method selected and that you will pay all amounts due for the purchase, including applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges.
4.4 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders that appear to involve fraud, unauthorised or suspicious payment activity.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery times are estimates only and subject to production and shipping partner lead-times. We are not liable for delays caused by production, carriers, customs clearance or events outside our control.
5.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All rights, title and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, logos, trade names, text, graphics, designs, images, videos and other content, are owned by RÊVEUR or its licensors.
6.2 You may use the Services and content only for your personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication or transmission of any part of the Services without our prior written consent is prohibited.
6.3 The name “RÊVEUR” and all associated trademarks and logos are our trademarks (or those of our licensors). Your use of them without permission is prohibited.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
7.1 The Services may include access to third-party tools, applications or resources developed and maintained by external providers. These tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7.2 Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk and we shall have no liability for any results from their use.
7.3 We may introduce new features, tools or resources as part of the Services; such additions are also subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
8.1 The Services may include links to third-party websites, content or functionalities. We have no control over such third parties’ practices, and you access them at your own risk.
8.2 We are not liable for any harm or damages resulting from your use of third-party websites, products or services. You should review any applicable terms or policies before using them.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
RÊVEUR is hosted on and powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform but is not a party to your contract with RÊVEUR. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify does not bear responsibility for any aspect of your purchases. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
10.1 All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
10.2 As the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect, process and store certain information about your usage as described in Shopify’s privacy documentation.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
11.1 If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute your Feedback.

11.3 We have no obligation to keep your Feedback confidential or to pay any compensation for it.

12.1 We attempt to ensure content accuracy on the Services, but omissions, errors or inaccuracies may occur (including pricing, product details or shipping information).
12.2 We reserve the right to correct any errors, change or update information or cancel orders without notice if we determine information is inaccurate.

16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither RÊVEUR nor its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents or licensors shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data or replacement costs, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any product or transaction through the Services.
16.2 In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
17.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RÊVEUR (and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors), and Shopify and its affiliates from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights; or (c) your use of the Services in a manner not authorised by these Terms.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
19.1 The failure of us to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right.
19.2 These Terms (together with referenced policies) constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations or understandings.

21.1 These Terms and any contract formed under them shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law.
