RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Scope & General Principles
This Return & Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the rights and obligations of you (“you”, “your” or “Customer”) and us, RÊVEUR (“we”, “us” or “our”), in connection with returns, exchanges, refunds or replacements of products purchased through our Website and fulfilled via our trusted print-on-demand production partner POD Partner (“Production Partner”).
Because our products are manufactured individually to order (“made-to-order”), we strictly limit returns and refunds in accordance with the terms below. You should read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Made-to-Order Model
Our apparel and other merchandise are produced on demand; once payment is confirmed and production has begun, the item is customised and cannot be returned simply because you change your mind (for example, size preference, colour choice, change of mind). Accordingly, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference alone.

3. Eligible Cases for Return, Replacement or Refund
We will consider a request for return, replacement or refund only in the following specific situations:

You received a defective, incorrectly printed, or wrong item (i.e., you ordered item A and received item B)

Your shipment was not delivered within an extended period due to logistics failure, provided your shipping address was correct and you cooperated with tracking procedures
If one of the above situations applies, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery of the product (or, if the product never arrived, within 45 days of the estimated delivery date). Provide your order number, clear photographs or video of the defect/wrong item and a description of the issue.

4. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds, exchanges or replacements are not available in the following circumstances:

You selected an incorrect size, colour or design and simply changed your mind

You provided the wrong shipping address, or failed to collect your delivery from the carrier

You are liable for customs duties, taxes, import or export fees in your country

Force-majeure events (natural disasters, war, labour disputes) or third-party acts beyond our control

5. Procedure for Requesting a Return/Refund

We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we will either:

Authorise a replacement (same item) at no cost to you; or

Issue a refund (typically via the original payment method) in the amount equivalent to the item cost. Shipping costs (if any) are not refunded unless we are at fault.

If the product must be returned, we will provide instructions. In many cases the Production Partner may not require return of physical item (for example due to manufacturing records) but we will advise accordingly.
6. Time Limit & Refund Processing
Requests must be made no later than 30 days after delivery of your item. We reserve the right to refuse claims made later.
Once approved, refunds are processed as soon as reasonably possible. The time for the refund to reach your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.
7. Risk & Title
Risk and title in the products pass to you once the item is delivered to the carrier or collection point. You bear the risk of loss or damage once the item has been shipped.
8. International Orders & Customs
If your order is shipped to a destination outside Switzerland or the EEA, you may be subject to local import duties, taxes or other fees. These charges are your responsibility. We are not liable for delays or loss due to customs clearance issues.
9. Amendment & Exceptions
We may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our Website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
In exceptional situations we may (in our sole discretion) authorise a return or exchange outside this Policy; any such authorisation will be documented in writing.
