1. Order Production & Fulfilment
All orders placed through RÊVEUR are processed under a Made-to-Order model. Once an order is paid and confirmed, it is forwarded to one of our trusted production partners, selected based on the destination and workload to ensure efficient manufacturing and shipping.

2. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery
We ship internationally and deliver to almost every country globally. podpartner.com
Rates and times depend on destination, product type and chosen shipping method. Below are estimated time frames (excluding exceptions due to customs or force-majeure):

Standard Worldwide Shipping: Production + shipping combined typically ranges from 7 to 15 business days (varies by region).

Europe: Expect production plus shipping within 4 to 8 business days, depending on destination.
Please note: These are estimates. Delays outside our control (e.g., customs, external carrier disruptions) may occur.
3. Shipping Fees
Unless otherwise stated, standard shipping is included free of charge for all destinations. Any upgrades (express shipping, special handling) may incur additional fees which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking & Shipment Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you may follow the delivery progress. Tracking updates typically appear within 24-48 hours after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international shipments, your package may be subject to customs, duties or other import fees levied by your local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. RÊVEUR is not liable for delays or costs arising from such procedures.
6. Incorrect Address, Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to claim it, or providing incomplete information, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees or re-shipment.
RÊVEUR reserves the right to refuse refunds for returned items caused by address errors, unless fault lies with our fulfilment partner.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@reveur-clothing.com with your order number and tracking information. We will coordinate with our fulfilment and carrier partners to investigate. If loss or damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Partial Shipments
In some cases, items within a single order may ship separately from different manufacturing or fulfilment locations. You will receive individual tracking numbers if this occurs. Delivery times are based on the last parcel’s arrival.
